A Nintendo DS Rip-off, Neo-Double
The Neo Double Games is a portable electronic games console, which takes its appearance from the Nintendo DS. It is made by the same Chinese company that produces the Popstation and is sold in flea markets in Europe and China. The box, however, is largely based from the PlayStation Portable rather than the Nintendo DS. Although it has two screens and looks otherwise fairly similar to the DS, the two screens are interchangeable game cartridges. These game cartridges are swapped to change between the different games. There are four available games:Soccer, Street Fighter, Submarine Invasion, and Fortress Guardian. The system comes packaged with two games.
The console has come to light due to a review by the comedian Stuart Ashen. In said review, it was demonstrated that the manufacture was of poor quality and the games were almost identical and equally difficult or impossible to play. The Neo double games console has also appeared on eBay where it is being sold for between five and ten pounds. The Neo's Screen, despite being called "color" is in fact only a three color screen, consisting of Green, Red and White. The console is ultimately a Game and Watch console, as all the screen consists of is symbols, which are in predefined areas of the screen which simply light up when required. It is interesting to note that Nintendo have not pursued the manufacturers of the Neo Double Games, as the console can be misinterpreted, most likely intentionally, to be a cheap version of the DS. The logo that is featured on the front of the box bears resemblance to the real DS with the words substituted as required. The company has also made a delight version, which instead takes its appearance from the Nintendo DS Lite. Another version, called "Neo Quad Games",although it's real name is unknown, was also reviewed by 'Dr. Ashen'. This version features four games instead of two, which were almost identical to the ones used for Neo Double Games (using LCD technology instead of LED) and detachable controllers that are similar in stye to a playstation controller with two player mode. The NDG, powered on. NDG with the box and 1 game removed. The NDG's box. Review of the Neo Double Games' YouTube - Neo Double Games review (DS Rip off) (Courtesy of member malform, thanks a tonne)

Suing them would be like punching a baby. It's utterly pointless, and if you are insane, you may chuckle at it's dying breath.

That'd be a great scam idea though.
Put it in an actual DS case, and pretend it is a real ds and sell it for 200$ (aus.) Of course after you do that, start running.
