New Super Mario Bros. help

How am I supposed to save once I've used up all the spots that allow you to save? As far as I know there are only two ways to save the game, after you beat a castle, and after you pay 5 coins to access a hut/area. But if I beat the game and use up all of those spots, how do I then save? Can I re-beat a castle and then it lets me?

I'm almost done with this game, but I haven't gotten 3 coins on each level, and I haven't played World 4 or World 6 yet. I'm at the last part of World 8 but I plan to go back to each level and collect all the star coins.

I do not know how you can save but I have beat the game and when oyu press start there is a save option.

ok you cant which sucks. So instead of restarting your game and all those hard stages, do what i do which is using sleep mode. Just close the DS anytime and when you open it you will be left off at the same spot and everything. at a fully charged battery the sleep mode can last up to 2 weeks

2 weeks is pretty good, I'll have to try that. Hopefully my wife wont pick it up sometime in between and ruin it.


I'll have to see if that save option appears after I beat it, that would be very nice.
