I like to always have pokemon with u-turn type abilities. (although I don't have any right now)
I think you can get one for a Chatot with a heart scale in DP... (Correct me if I'm wrong.) I wonder if you could egg set it... That would be awesome!

uhm, the power herb is a little useless.... it's for moves such as Solar Beam and Razor Wind, the ones that require you to charge on your first turn. Other than that, good attacks,

umm im pretty sure that its for moves like giga impact, its used so u can use it right away after its used once

nope. it just negates the charge of an attack like Solar Beam, but only has one use per battle.
