Yea I had that, and it does not work well at all. Most of the time it doesn't respond, and when it does it goes at such slow speeds its not even funny. I'm pretty sure because it is made by datel. I returned mine yesterday, and I think that you should return it as well and get the official nintendo one.

return that crap now!!! the box says easy to install..thats a bunch of BS...usually when u try to set it up it either has no signal with 100% connectivity or vice versa. well i got the device to say 100% signal and connectivity. i was able to connect for a minute n then it would jus kick me off n i would have to do the process all over again. sooo like i said earlier... return that crap now n save hours on tryin to figure it out. if u want to connect wirelessly then jus buy a router. its so much easier...wifi max gets a -100 out of 10

if its a router get a linksis or a netgear one ther pritty ez to set up and radioshacks keap having them on sale (i work at radioshack )

GET WIRELESS INTERNET. its alot better due to you can play your ds on it also.
