if u have windows XP, u can check ur firewall by going to "start", "all programs", "accesories", "system tools", "securtiy center". this is only if u have a windows-based firewall, tho. u can disable the firewall when downloading and then bring it back up when ur all done. i had to disable my firewall when installing the wi-fi USB, and it works fine now..

if u have a Mac or something other than windows, than i dont no how to bring down ur firewall....

I don't think I have firewall, I'll try to see if it works in my friends house to see if its really broken. If it is I'll buy a new one, if it isn't I'll call Nintendo or something...
