Nope just wireless interent. Dont need any gizzmos or downloads it will connect all by itself right out of the box. All you gt do is make sure your router doesnt have too advanced security as ds can only handle older security like standard WEP.

i dont think i have any advance security, my psp and wii hooked up just fine, thanks for info and as soon as i get hunters ill be online...ill post my fc once i get it.
by the way im not gunna tell my mom lol im gunna see if i can get her to take me to mcdonalds and buy me a big mac lol i feel like halo james

ok how do you connect your DS to the router? I seem to be having troubles getting mine to connect..

haha dude, you just get online with the ds man. if youre having trouble signing in, make sure your router is wireless, and make sure you dont have too much advanced security on your router. disable firewalls and what not too. and, it helps if the router is kept away from metal cabinets and cordless phones and computer monitors and pc brains

dude, think you forgot the part about needing a game that supports wifi connection... that is my issue.. it doesnt work without a game that has those capabilities.. thought it would just connect..
