Question Wii Internet gaming question

Hi,

How can I set up my Wii to play games vs my friends via the internet?
Is this possible only on certain games?
I''ve currently got Tiger Woods PGA Tour '08, Fifa soccer 08 and Wii Sports. Can these be played over the intenet?
Cheers
TG.

If you have a router you should be able to hook up your Wii, and/or DS to the Wi-fi connection. If you don't have a router, you can buy the offical Nintendo Wi-fi Wireless Router at a Target Store.

To check if that game is able to play on Wi-fi, check the box/case of the game. You should see a bright blue dot that reads; Nintendo Wi-fi. If it has the dot, it is a Wi-fi game, it not you cannot use it on Wi-fi in anyway, like Wii Sports.

After that, the game should have a Wi-fi menu for online play.
To play aginst your friends, they must have Wi-fi and that game also. You both must be resigtered under each-others Wii by exchangeing Wii Numbers, which you should have in the Message Board in the Wii Menu. (Under Adress Book)

Once you exchage eachothers Wii Numbers, you should be able to find each-other via- in game Wi-fi Menu.

If you need any more help, PM me, or just post another question.

Your Welcome,
GF3

If you have a My Nintendo Account, you can check nintendowi-fi.com for a whole list on online Wii games, from what i see, I see that Tinger Woods 2008 is not Wi-fi playable. Sorry, but you will not beable to play that online.
