Hold the sinking thing as you would to get it on your wii and then after like 2 minutes of holding I prolly wont work if it does then good but anyway hit your wiimote on like a pillow really hard (I hit my head but ya know - ,-) And somehow it connects, Im not kidding this really works and if the pillow thing doesnt work try the head thing. :P

Oh and dont freak out if all of that doesnt help. Another way is you just replace the batteries and connect and do what I said, it works 90% of the time
Omg longest post I've ever done so far :P

Advice #1: Chouy's advice is your brain on drugs.

Advice #2: If all else fails, kill the power and try again. Remove the batteries FIRST, as in BEFORE you try hitting it on things. The wii is like a friend, if you love it and nurture it and fill it only with the best and most nutritious games, it will grow up to be a happy and lovable console. If you hit it when you lose, abuse it, and fill it with crap like the TMNT game, it will turn emo. Remember, no one wants an emo wii. If you don't believe me on this, there have been pictures of emo wii's posted on this site before. You do not want this to happen.

Some SSBB game disks won't work because of the game being double-layered, so the Wii will have a hard time reading the disk.

ok this is a very long thread. I tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for. I am new to the Wii world. I have a cable modem what is best way to connect to internet? At this point I don't have wireless and my cable modem doesnot have an extra ethernet plug in.

Thank you for your help as I am sure this is a repeated question.

You need to pick up the lan adapter for the Wii and then you need to go out and get a Router. You can prolly pick up the router for like $60.

Im about to buy a new sensor bar so i wont have to keep disconnecting the system when ever i take it to my friend's house.

Are those wireless sensor bars any good. They're pretty cheap on ebay. What do you guys think, will i be okay with one of them?
