hi, I have a question.

I'm trying to send a friend some Wii points for his birthday. I have his number and everything, I'm just wondering if its possible to send just the points instead of actual games.
Also, is it possible to have them sent on his actual birthday, or do I have to send it the day-of for that to happen?

Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated!!

No, you can't gift points. Only games.

You just send it to him on the day, and when he turns his Wii on, it should give you a message.

need help

We had a power surge and the wii lost power. The wii is hooked into a surge protector. Now the wii will not turn back on? I have unplugged it and plugged it back in with no success. Any ideas or am I screwed? Thanks

That sounds pretty bad... Hm... Well, try finding a friend with a Wii, try and see if the cords are faulty, and not the Wii. If not, then yes, you are indeed screwed.
