Will opening a Target card get you 10% off Wii?

Hi everybody .

I was thinking about getting the Wii, and since there is no talk of a price drop, is there any way to get a discount on the Wii? I know that at Target, if you open up a new Target credit card you can get 10% that day, but does anyone know if this works for the Wii? I'll still get it even if that doesn't work, but that would save me $25, enough for Opera and some money toward the purchase of a new game.

P.S. How much do used games go for at EB Games or Gamestop, for example?
