Nintendo Channel: "Buffering" Is Not Cool

Just out of curiosity, does anyone else have a lot of loading going on when they watch videos in the Nintendo Channel? I do sometimes, well actually most of the time, it's only sometimes that the videos don't buffer like crazy. It kind of concerns me when it has to load every 8 seconds.

And by "buffer" I mean loading. I don't think anyone uses the term "buffering" anymore, but whatever.

Update: Today I can barely watch any videos at all.

I usually only have trouble with that at peak times like late afternoon/evening, or when another pc in my house is using up bandwidth on downloads.

I only had it load once in the middle of a video. That's it.

There is a lot of browsing and bandwith usuage going on at the same time sometimes, I guess that could be the problem. Plus my router is in another room, Nintendo recommends that routers be closer to the Wii, so yeah...

well my router is downstairs and my wii is upstairs so that shouldnt matter but my wii had long load times to on the wii shop channels but all i did was change the signal number from 6 to 1 I think.
So you should do the same thing since six is a common frequency so if it is at 1 or 11 it shouldnt have laot of interfernce and should be a lot faster.

that happens to me on some videos and sometimes, i guess it has to do with your internet speed.

...i normally watch all vids on my pc...but my advice to you is get the LAN adapter for the Wii...the hardline would probably eliminate that buffering time your getting...and thus put you in the category of "Lag Free"!! >..<
