OMG I GOT A Wii!! Thread

Hi, first post here!!

I just got my Wii last Friday!
Wasn't really interested in or looking to buy one until I saw a commercial for Wii Fit a few months ago. So I had been saving since June.
Just kind of started looking on Friday, and found Wii and Wii Fit in the 6th place I stopped in that day.
It was fairly easy, I was worried the closet it got to the holidays I'd have trouble finding one, once I had enough money saved up. But I was pleasantly surprised.

My arms hurt!!!!!!!!!! I need to get some kind of other game so I can quit boxing and playing tennis I feel like I did 200 of those arm curl things, it's crazy!

But I love Wii and I love message boards, couldn't ask for a better combo hahahah

i was never interested in a wii, i always wanted a ps3. but of course brawl came out so i had to buy one. took me forever to get it but eventually i did. im glad i got one to b honest. so all those of u who still havent gotten a wii... GO GET ONE!!!

I got my wii like last month my mom got the last one at fredmeyers it was behind the front desk

Games i hope to get: Endless ocean, Mario Kart, and Dance dance revolution

Games i already have: Wii fit, zelda twilight princess, wii sports [duh], and guitar hero 3

They are so worth it for those who planning to get one get it fast if you live in alaska near the wasilla walmart their restocking quite a bit with dividend coming up

I finally got my Wii last friday, there were plenty left at Wal-Mart here in Kirkland, Canada. They also had many of the WiiFits, but I stuck to just the Wii and Zelda for this weekend. I can't wait to go pick up SSBB tomorrow!

I got my wii when they first cme out! I know impossible right? I had to call every place I could think of until I finally found out hidden! Thanks got for holding items while I drive to get them! Anyways, I still love it to this day! Especially battling on wifi!

I got my Wii on a cold November night in 2006 on Launch day and I have loved it ever since!

Now, I am just waiting for more games that I love to come out!

I hadn't played a Wii until last month at a friends place, and then my brother got one. That's when I decided I would save up to get it.

Just got it last Friday, also bought a 32 inch LCD TV to play it on, MarioKart and an extra controller.

I admit that this will seem like the stupidest question on earth, but it has me stumped cold.

I just bought a Wii, set it up and tried to use the sports disk. I know that my remote works because I successfully set the language and time. BUT when I selected 'Wii disk' and went though the screens about how to safely use the remote, I'm stuck. The next screen simply says 'click a or b'. I can click a (or even b) as much as I want, but NOTHING happens. Well, that's not true. The a or b letters on the screen light up and it makes a clicking noise when I press the letters on my remote. But that is very literally it.

How on earth do I get past that screen????????????
