Do Video Games create REAL world violence?

More people everyday are saying VIDEO GAMES are the cause for real world violence!!!
I am enraged with how stupid people can BE! No video games have no part in real world violence....that's what I say,I think it really matters on the person....

Anyways what are your thoughts,No matter what you say I respect your opinion...except if it is something bad about Zelda!

The issue is if they dont want games like GTA which is so called destroying our youth then get our mother to stop buying games for our youth becuse thats that the ESRB is for

The only reason perents are geting so angrey over video games 'distroying youths' is because they use the tv as a baby sitter, they leave em all alone. If you beleive that games are bad then stop your kids form playing them yourselfs, take responiblilty for your own children.

+ everytime i see a article about some killer said that he learned to kill form games like doom are complete rubbish, doom in no way resembles weapon combat.

Yeah. My dad plays Halo,2 for X-Box all the time. Im old enough to stay home alone, and I've learned from them that violence of any kind is wrong (im not a tree hugger, though)! My parents arent worried that games will cause me (r my bro to be violent, but they dont let us play GTA because of the hookers and the excessive violence. Im fine with that. Ive never had any interest in the GTA games. My Bro does. oh well. My parents raised me how they thought was right, and i turned out fine. I listen to music that screams, but i only like rock music because my dad was REALLY into the beatles when i was born, and now rock music is life. my brother is into rap, because he only listens to everyone else. he doesnt think for himself, but thats another story for, hopefully not, another time. Video games do not cause violence. They can show that violence is ok, because in GTA you can flee the police by hiding in a garage for 30secs, but if you think for yourself, and realistically, then there's nothing to be learned there (except that in video games, you get shot 30 times, but when you press [idk] a-b-x-y-L-a-R you get infinite life.).
