IGN: Best-Selling PC Games of Mid-September

US, October 1, 2008 - Market research company NPD has released its list of best-selling PC games for the week of September 14 – 17. Topping this week's list was Mythic Entertainment's MMO Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, which was the overall best-selling piece of software for the week. Following close behind was Spore, which held the top spot last week. Warhammer Online's recent release also sparked a third place showing for its Collector's Edition. While Crytek's Crysis was knocked off the list, it's follow-up, Crysis Warhead, managed to nab the fourth place spot. Another noteworthy addition to the list was Stalker: Clear Sky, which came in ninth.
