Video Card help

Right now I have a 256 mb Geforece FX 5900 XT

I was searching for cards and found this 1GB card but the price seems to good to be true, is there anything wrong with this card?

1GB 8600GT Inno3D Nvidia Geforce 8600GT HDCP+HDTV sli PCI express
