There are still enough Republicans to challenge any decision the Demos make. This way the Republican's can't whine about the country being too liberal. If it get's that way, they're partially to blame.

Yeah, Republican Senators and Representatives are real pushovers now days. V_V It's times like these when I REALLY miss Ronald Reagon who stood up for free economy and conservative values.

What we accually need back is FDR right about now. With the economy in the john he is the one who can pull it out of there.

He was one of the best presidents that the nation has seen.

Agreed, We would only need to find a way for him to serve 4 terms again though.

-_- FDR prolonged the Great Depression and gave in to practically all of Stalin's demands.

Please reread the history of that time. If he prolonged the depression why would the country elect him to 4 terms. If he prolonged it why did he make millions of Jobs for Americans to bail out of the depression. Also didn't Nixon have a large scandal? Wasn't it called the watergate scandal? I believe that is correct so please think before you post.

Anyhoo

Congrats to Obama on winning the White House. We will see where he goes with this.

And Please don't debate things that don't relate to this thread anymore. Thank you or I will request this to be locked or I will lock it.

You can fundamentally change the governement but dont say that about the whole country dude, most of us like it the way it is or at least most things about it so dont go changing ALL of it...please?

Congratulations Georgia, for completely wasting your votes. And giving McCain a small boost in electoral votes, which didn't help him at all. Smart doing there, totally.

Some Americans (Like Gram-Gram )Wouldn't like change...

My aunt, uncle, their neighbors...would like at least a little taste of change...

Most of us? That's not a number. I'm pretty sure, its a small amount of us. Because I've heard, minimum 20 people thank God, Obama won. And imagineer-> I don't live in USA. I've been called, emailed(NOT A CHaIN LETTER! FRIENDS AND FAMILY!) about thank God...its time for some: Competency.

And yeah, I'm pretty sure you knew that most of us, ain't a number. I was just proving a point...just in case, you were going to counter about that...

ok, calling out anyone for voting for a candidate that you don't approve of is stupid and childish...how old are you really?

Men and Women have died for me, you, and this country for over 200 years so that black, white, yellow, blue and purple people can vote and voice their opinion on who they think should be the leader of the greatest nation on earth. I believe I lost any respect I had for you with the comments you just posted.

Are you even old enough to vote?
