Blu-Ray wins

Ok, old news now, but Blu-Ray has essentially won the format war. Now, my question is, is this the time for Sony to shine in advertising that you don't have to buy an add-on to get the Blu-Ray player, and you can get it at a cheap 300 dollars or so, plus you get the added bonus of the ability to play some great games that Sony gets. Will Sony be smart enough to do this or not? Please discuss.

The PS3 is a Blue Ray player correct? I'm thinking this will help boost their sales. Aren't most Blue Ray players pretty expensive?

Yes, most are around 400-500 dollars at the moment. You can buy various
PS3's on Ebay at around 200 or so, all alone.

They won? Win what, the battle against HD DVD? In any sense that was hardly a fight since people didn't NEED a new HD DVD player, but some gamers--like 20--got a PS3 so that put them on the map.

I live in Michigan--what do you expect--nobody can afford this kind of crap! Oddly enough, nearly everyone at school owns a Wii--what a surprise.

its blu ray, and its a newer disk. holds 50 gb of data
