People talk about downloading music for free all the time.

you can use a pandora battery and a magic memory stick and downgarde it to 1.5 or update it to a custom firmware, then put homebrew/emulated games on it. BUT IT'S ILLEGAL IF YOU DON'T OWN THE GAMES YOURSELF (like anybody listens to that).
