theres this one patch that you have to install once called "psp brick". use at your own risk

I googled homebrew psp games and i just found the greatest video converter that puts psp video 9 to shame

i'm pretty sure that this website can not get into any trouble for just discussing something like homebrew.
i mean god we do live in North America (well at least i do)
and we do have some called "freedom of speech"
so honestly, what's so bad about discussing something like this?
People talk about downloading music for free all the time.
that's basicly what this is.
so why should it be treated any different?
