Which console was best!

Out of all the 4 consoles listed in retro, which one did you find the most enjoyable?

I choose my N64 mainly because it had a nice handful of epic games like zelda and banjo kazooie, and don't forget mario 64

oh yes, i forgot the inclusion of super smash bros, and maybe even mario party......

and besides from that i say the super nintendo was the best. even though N64 was better in the graphics area and 3d super nintendo had a huge amount of games. N64 had alot but alot isn't compared to how many games SNES had.

also most n64 games weren't that good, i admit there were alot of good one's SM64, sin and punishment, and ssb but thats all i believe that was good for the n64 since i had almost every game

Although I do agree on SNES being the best Retro console, I don't agree on the games that were the best. I mean there are a huge selection of games such as MK64, LoZ: MM, LoZ: OoT, DK64 and so on, but yeah I always forget, people have diefferent taste. Just had to bring that up.

But SNES brought my love of RPG's (Secret of Mana, secret of Evermore, SMRPG) so I have to go with this one. Then there are those classic mario games brought in one (Super Mario All Stars) and the Turtles, and Zelda games!! I'm geting excited... I must go and hook up my SNES.

Hard choice for me between NES and N64 both very revolutionary systems but I felt that the N64 made a successful transition into 3D and analog controls.

for me it was the SNES hands down. it has so many great games on it, at the time it really changed the way I looked at games.

Games like FF4 and FF6 where ahead of its time. The Donkey Kong Country games showed us what games could look like (lol for the time that they came out). Zelda a link to the past is one of my favorite zelda games ever made, and that is just the start of the great list of games that came out on that system.

For me the SNES will live on as one of my favorite systems of all time.

I didn't have any of those but the Gamecube, so I voted Gamecube. It was good anyway.
