Matches are now up.

Tier 1 gets a break until Tier 2 hits their final round. Tier 2 people, try to finish your matches PRIOR to the deadline, because then the next round goes up sooner.

The reason MEGA is still in Tier 2 is that he found out, in a very short timeframe, that he was not going to have access to the internet. If you peek, I think his last access was around May 25th, and it's just been sporadic. I also don't want BYE's this late in the tourney, which is what was going to happen with ownage.
