Hello and welcome to Essential_Mineral's Tournament Thread!

It's simple ... there is a SSBB tournament being held on 15.07.08. Post a replay on this thread saying you wish to take part and also post your Brawl Friend Code and I'll add you to the tournament! This is only a small tournament, eight places, first come first serve! The winner gets PRIDE and RESPECT! When you post your request, I'll add your name in the blanks below. Don't enter if you you have less then 15 posts or if you have no intension of showing up for for matches!

RULES: If you don't show up for the match you lose!
All Battles will be 3 Life Stock Battles, no items!
Final Destination got the most votes, so that will be the stage.
Best out of three matches.

If you don't make it past the first round you will be put into the
losers tournament, so you'll have a chance to redeem yourself.

Sure I will join, my fc is in my sig. Also I will be leaving today and I won't be getting back until thursday. Then this coming saturday I will be going to my brothers house and I will probably be using his wii so my fc might change if I don't use my wii.

Also is there not going to be a losers bracket because then each person would get at least 2 games under their belt in this tournament.

There isn't anything called "New York Time" it is called Eastern Time Zone, you might want to change that so no one gets confused. One more thing, why are you giving an exact time for each match, not everyone who joins will be able to play between 6pm - 7pm and it just really doesn't make much since.

One thing though, will these matches be best 2/3 or just 1 match? I think 2/3 would be a better idea, since it will help the tourney last longer and perhaps give others another chance.
