hello everyone, toonboy here. im makng this tourny to determine rank in my clan, now that aot of members left, this will be a small tourny.
so here are the rules of battle

2/3 wins
random stage


Now heres the way its going to work out. There will be a point system of wins and loses.
EX. 1(win)-0(loses)-2(tie) like that. the reasn be for this is because a normal tourny wont prove whos the best out of all. so like normal ranking its going to be descided out by wins and loses. everybody will face eachother once with the according battle rules.
