What games should I buy?

I've always been a Nintendo owner and now that I have Wii, I am trying to figure out what games to get.

Can you all list at least 4-5 games I should get?

Depends On your likes and dislikes I guess
Example: do you like party multi entertainment style?
Then... Wario Ware, Carnavil Games, EA Playground, Super monkey Ball, Mario Party(Mullti- mini Games are fun because wathcing others play is almost as entertainint as it playing)
Example: Moderate interaction story plot solo Adventure?
Then...Zelda,Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario Galaxy, Super Paper Mario
Example: Mature violent dark?
Then... Resident Evil 4, No More Heros, God Father Black Hand, Manhunt
Example: inetractive pc port style,
Then...And Then There Were None, CSI Hard Evidence
Example: educational? Big Brain, My Word Coach

But then of course theres games like Super Smash Bros Brawl & Elibits both highy addictive challenging mutiplyer...

I guess If you can try Before you buy...you know what you like.

I got Mario Galaxy and Smach Brothers before I got this response. I would like to get a few more tomorrow.

I'm a Mario fan so I would like those kind of games. I've beaten all of the Mario games I used to own.

How is the Olympics game with Mario and Sonic?

I havent played Mario & Sonic yet...but due just that its An Olympic Games makes it a collector item...

They are many little known titles like "fru fru park" & "chickin shoot" I haven't tried yet...
But if you know Mario theres always a good game somewhwere with him in it.

Super Mario Galaxy is AWESOME!!!!!!! We played it Friday night and hated it. But today we made it past that first level and we LOOOOOOOOVE IT.

I can't wait to get in from church tomorrow to play some more. We kicked butt on this all afternoon and evening. I don't regret buying this.

Smash Brothers....still have no clue if I like it. I guess we haven't mastered what were supposed to do yet

Yes Mario Galaxy Starts Slow (I Thought)..but then when you start opening up More & More Galaxys...Then and the Multi random Comets That fly by (The Purple comets Can get difficult) And yes you can beat Bowser before you reach 121 stars...But then Get 121 stars And beat him a second time...And you get to play through again as...well... you'll see...

If you Have SSBB, Its like 3 games in one...
1)You got Classic Brawl, Pick a character, ply through x matches win a trophy...
2)Then you have a Sub-space Emmisary Mission, like a side scroling adventure (Yes it has a 2 player assist mode like Galaxy). you see story, plot and Character backrounds, a great way to see Why they all came together...
3) Then Brawl, a 1-4 player king of the hill battle (with free online via wireless or LAN) to play any one...I recomend to play with Friends first By swapping Friend Codes

(PM me to swap SSBB FC's)

Each time you play Brawl you get unlockables like Stages, Characters, Trophys, Stickers
And you can revist the Sub-space Emmisary Mission to use the stickes on the Trophy stand to gain advantages for that Character (But only in Sub-space Emmisary Mission mode)

And you can Bet (In-game Coins) on spectating online brawls...
so ther are lots of things to do in Brawl.

If you Played Metroid You find it continues the story of Samus From "Prime" to "Echoes" on Gamecube, to "Corruption" on Wii...Great 3 game story Arc in my opinoin.

Don't forget the ever expanding VC Titles via the Shop Channel...

And of course the Wii is backward compatible with its precsuer the Game Cube...so you play any GC games on the Wii...

Again if you can Try before you Buy...do that

well I CAN TELL U MY TOP 7 games 1- legend of zelda twighligh princes, 2- super smash brothers brawl, 3- resident evil 4, 4 mario galaxy, 5- metal slug anthology, 6-raggin rabitts, 7-metroid prime corruction

The games we have are
-Resident Evil (the umbrella chronicles)
-Spiderman 3
-The Golden Compass
-Transformers
-Super mArio Galaxy
-Mario and Sonic at the Olympics
-Sonic and the Secret Ring

We all like SMG and Olympics, especially the kids. I found Golden Compass(12.50) and Transformers (7.50) on clearance at Target so I snagged them. Sonic is alright, it is fast, so that takes some getting used to. Res Evil is ok, you play as the person, so you don't see your character walking around. Spiderman 3 is ok also, my youngest son likes soiderman, so he enjoys it.

Well I'll tell you my favorite games on the Wii (not in order)

Fire Emblem:Path of Radiance
Super Smash Brotthers Brawl
Super Marion Galaxy
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
No More Heroes
Zelda Twilight Princess

Also, there might be Virtual console games you might like. For example, Donkey Kong Country 2 was a good game at it's time, also all the Zelda games. Metroid was okay back then, I didn't like the older titles as I do now, but I think it's becuase I wasn't into those type of games bck then. You should try and rent some games to see what you like before you buy. But if you can't look on the Virtual Console and see what you like

I know there are a lot of games you might like, but I don't know what you mght like, so it's just best you should experament. If we tell you somethings good, you might not like it. Well hope it helped
