Definitely on release. I think that Mario platformers are the best games out there, a must play.

I dont know. I'm short on cash and Both SMG and Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles come out on the same day, so I'm a bit worried that I wont have enough mula for both. So if it comes down to a choice ... Who knows. I am a HUGE fan of the Resident Evil series (minus 4), but MArio is Mario.

If I were you, I would probably choose Mario Galaxy.

The thing about SMG is that I was very satisfied with Mario Sunshine. I dont have that issue where I thought it was total garbage because he had a water pack. I thought f.L.O.O.D. was pretty cool.

But for Resident Evil ... I haven't played a good one since Resident Evil 0, unless you want to count Outbreak File 1 and 2. I bought 4, I still have it, but I was not scared once in the game. I can't play resident Evil Remake at night, but 4 I can play in a basement with a serial killer and feel fine. Since then there has been a longing to the stories about Alpha Team and Bravo Team. I miss reading papers and catching Albert Wesker on the notes. Where are the ZOMBIES!!!???!!!

And Resident Evil 5 ... ugh, forget it. It's going to be just as bad as 4 and I rather pass (not that I have a 360.)

Dont get me wrong. I will buy SMG, but I'm not sure which I shall get first.

Well Resident Evil was Game of the year in 2004...it's the best RE of the series next to RE:Zero

and RE 5 is going to be amazing...but I don't know if you're aware of the fact that RE: UC is a rails shooter or not...it's not your typical RE game...so i don't know if that's going to change your decision one way or the other...but me personally if I had to choose i'd choose the potential GOTY for 2007 (SMG) over the rails shooting RE anyday...
