lmao man. i hope yall caught my bit about Brother Joe's avatar on the page. its a freakin KKK knight. hes even holding a burning cross...if you read every page on that thread, someone brings it up. and the members of that idiot church say that its NOT a KKK member, but that all security moderators "have to wear flame retardent hoods and jackets"...yeah. it makes sense now. theyre flame retardent jackets...so they dont get burned when they burn a cross in someones front yard that they want to leave. yeah...100...percent...complete...bull****. people are trying to bring this church to the american justice system...because you do realize that churches dont have to pay taxes...yeah. i would love to see them say that "security moderators" have to use flame retardnet hoodies in their avatars that looks 100% identical to klan members to a room full of lawyers and judges and a room full of people that actually have brains. which kind of sucks...if this church does go down the drain, the funniest site will be removed from the internet. oh well, its probably for the best

i'm new to the site so, first, hello to everyone. like a lot of you, i read with interest (and rage) the thread about super mario galaxy being boycotted, etc. but turns out landover baptist church doesn't exist; it's a satire on fundamental christians.

i can't post the link cuz i'm new here, but go to wikipedia and type in landover baptist church. the thread about mario is totally a joke.

It took you guys 8 pages to figure out this was parody? Wikipedia is your friend guys. These guys have been around for awhile as a parody of Christian Fundamentalist sites (ala Westboro Baptist Church).

UPDATE and EDIT: This site claims that the wikipedia article is a fraud. They are trying to pass this off as real religion. I have entered their forum under the name "Common sense" to stand up for both my own religious values and for Super Mario Sunshine's Innocence in this ridiculous Kangaroo Court.

All are welcome to watch. If it were possible to dispense over the internet, I would even hand out popcorn.
