That is true, but second player can also shoot star bits and stun enemies. Make all the difference on some of the tough or annoying levels.

Post that kind of thing in shoutbox, not a thread, it keeps the threads cleaner.

I also found out that in co-op, when fighting bowser, second player can knock his firebreath back at him and it hurts him just like when he jumps in the lava. Kinda handy on the third one, because he jumps strangely and it can be hard to make him land right on the lava.
