Beach Bowl Galaxy

Im on the Beach Bowl Galaxy it says that there is another side star on the "The secret Undersea Cavern" star. But, I CANT FIND IT! i need this BAD!

I have the same problem they say its on the far right of the ocean but i checked and it is not there

First of all, you need a turtle shell, so go underwater and pick one up. Then go back to where you started the level. Head up towards the waterfall. Jump off the ledges until you get to the last one that has a chest on it. Break the chest with the shell and a Launch Star will appear. Launch yourself using the star and lure one of the bouncy enemies underneat the ? Coin. Collect the ? Coin and an Ice Flower will appear. Use the flower to walk on the water and wall-jump up the waterfalls, using the Launch Stars to help you. If you lose the flower halfway up, kill the purple Pirhanna Plant to get a new one. Once you get to the top--voila! your star awaits!
