They shouldn't take it to heart. Wii Fit uses BMI which is flawed since it doesn't take in account bone structure and muscle mass. You could be thin as a rail and just be very built and Wii Fit might think your overweight just because it just judges your weight, height, and age.
I say they shouldn't pay attention to it. If a doctor says your overweight and need to work out or whatever but just because Wii Fit says you are doesn't exactly mean it is.
