Nintendo facing patent lawsuit over DS

I suppose he could have thought that it would be impossible to sue Nintendo, but when he saw that someone successfully did it, he decided to sue too. I guess we will see. I don't know one way or the other.

Makes me wonder what happens should he win. Will we see another ban on a Nintendo system, the one that's currently dominating the handheld battles?

well like i said, i sorta doubt this guy will touch them.

but if nintendo even gets clsoe to loosing they will prolly toss 1 mil his way to shut him up.

Wow, First the controler, now the DS, People are getting really really gutsy now and days arint they? hahah its actually kinda amusing, And if we wanted to get technical, the DS is simply a redisgin of an earily console made by nintendo know as "The game and watch" . So these guys are soo not gonna have a chance with this paper thin claim.

What? The suit isn't against the DS as a whole, simply the touch screen technology it features. That has nothing to do with G&W.
