Wii keyboard would make Opera wonderful
It looks like the thousands of Wii owners clamoring for a keyboard may finally have their dreams come true. Yes, a keyboard for Nintendo Wii is being considered by the company, and surfing on Opera may become a much speedier activity.

From the May 2007 issue of Game Informer, page 18 specifically, comes the good news (via WF):

Wii Keyboard? Nintendo's development team says that it is considering adding a keyboard peripheral to the system in order to make surfing online easier, but it has not announced anything official at this time.

Naturally, Bluetooth would be the keyboard o'choice, but if they went the USB route it wouldn't be so bad at all. Just as long as it's not one of those teeny ones attached to the controller a la Xbox 360. Our thumbs desperately need a break.

nice find....a keyboard will be easier...but i dont think i will need one as i dont really type a lot on the wii...i mostly read things or watch videos...
