I would not be surprised if nintendo pulled a smart move and released the game after October 16(Release date for GTA 4 Also my birthday) because it would be Nintendo's answer to GTA.

I think I know why Best Buy put the release date of 12/31/07 because that would be the latest the game would comem out because Nintendo said that it will be coming out in 2007 I hope that Brawl comes soon because i am dyeing for thsi game to come out.

I saw another release date in MyWii Game, stating for it's Australian release date to be 22 October 2007. Don't know for America's or Japan's release, but based on that site's 'assumption?' on Super Smash Bros Brawl's release date, it would definitely be earlier than Australia, because Australia is not a big market. T_T

But for the most reliable date, I'd rely on the smashbros website. It is the official site for it after all, so that's all we can really rely on...sigh. I keep googling for the release date and there has been nothing that has helped much!....AAAAAAAAAAAAAH! All this talk about Smash Bros makes me want it even more!....*teardrop
