Wii Release Date and Price

im broke i only make 20$ a week i need to do that math to see how much more i need also my dad owes me alot of money so i will see of that goes hopefully i can pull about 100$ out of him. i made an oath i would get it release date.

I'm sad. I kept on hearing all that cool news about the Wii only being 200 bucks... or maybe even 170, and then I get jewed. Wasn't Nintendo going for cheapest, funnest, and most ****ing awesome???

I still want to get it (mostly to slash with my Wii-mote (It better not cost me more!!! *cough money swindlers cough*) in Zelda: TP.

Bad move Nintendo. Ya let me down.... because you weren't revolutionary.... you were completely classic. Money and fun.... two things I needed and you screwed me over.

very nice gamergert. and what are you all talking about? 250 is a great price for starting out, especially since you get the sports thing and the VR games that dont cost a lot. if a 360 dropped to $200.00 i would still get a Wii instead because it is way better. free online play (im pritty sure), thats always fun. so really, dont complain, please dont.

360 owners pay for xbox live every month...and after a year or two, you've paid $750 for the system and xbox live exclusively.

I can't believe it. At the moment, $250 A equates to $330 AU. I'd rather have a cheaper Wii without Wii Sports, though I s'pose people who can't afford a game with their Wii will appreciate it. I'm still going to go cry though.

Thats cool by me, even though I was hoping it would come out before my birthday and not 4 days after, I guess that means I won't get Zelda on my Birthday.........But of course 4 days later and I'll say Wii Wii Wii all the way back home.

I think $250 is a good price but the controler is to high.

Your complaining when its the cheapest console on the market.

If you change the us price into enlgish money it works out to be £110, but we're being charged £180 for it. Dont complain, you get it first, you get a free game and you all know its going to be awsome.
