Something tells me that no company, including nintendo, would purposefully cut their profits. I'm sure there is a good reason for there to be a low availabilty of this console.
Would nintendo *really* hold back from their customers with the express purpose of frustrating them? I think not.

I had been looking for a Wii since the summer and finnaly got one the day after thanksgiving. I left the house at 2 something in the morning got in line at 3AM outside of Sears. There was a huge line of people for the Wii they told everyone they had it even about an hour before the store opend. When we got inside they said they didnt have any. Wich is a lie becasue my grandmother made friends with someone who worked there and he said that they had them in the back but they werent in the computer. I think they were just selling them on ebay. I was soo pissed. I stood for 4 hours in the freezing cold just to be lied to. I was going to magnet all their tvs but since the store was attached to a mall I just ran to an EB games stood in line. I was number 19 out of 36 people who got a Wii. There must of been 150 plus people in line. Im so glad I got one or I would prob be in jail now for going crazy in a sears store.
