Guitar Hero III Gear

I am new to this forums, but I wanted to share my Wii experience with everyone so that you might learn from my mistake.

I was looking for a good skin for my new Guitar Hero III. And let me tell you, they are hard to come by for the Wii version.

The first place I found was called videogame-skins.com. The reason I am not linking them is because they are horrible. I bought a dark blue skin from them for my guitar. Their site said 24 hours to ship. 3 days later I got ahold of them to find out it hadnt been shipped yet.

While speaking with one of there people ( and I did not ask or authorize this), he just cancelled my order. Told me, any unhappy customer automatically gets refunded. I was so freakin mad.

Well turns out they didnt refund me. I got the skin in the mail a week later. It came in a manilla envelope. It was all crinkled. It was the wrong color, and it doesnt fit the controller right.

BEWARE of this company. Now I cannot get anyone to talk to me or answer anything. I cant get my money back.

There is good news, at the end of this all. I did finally find a great place, which had alot of Guitar Hero III skins, and Wii consoles. Now I have matching wii and guitar. The site delivered quickly nd everything looks awesome. I now have a Blue Chrome Wii and guitar!!!!

If anyone else is looking, I would highly discourage anyone from choosing the videogame-skins place, and I would highly recommend this site:

I never got skins for my guitar anyways. I'm just gonna get a faceplate

They dont make any faceplates yet for the Wii version. Trust me I looked.

hmm i dont want any skins..if anything you should paint it with a stencil. but im still looking for solo guitars. i bet when those come out facepaltes will too

Yeah, I knew faceplates weren't out yet, I'm waiting for them. I want something like Zakk Wylde's guitar, maybe they'll have a faceplate like that. I just bought another GH3 bundle for the second guitar; I'm gonna sell the game.

Some kid brought Guitar Hero into gym class today. I played it for my second time ever (obviously I sucked) He had some cool faceplates some random stuff on it. I'll make sure I won't buy stuff from that website in the future.
