sgt. the only people that still play halo are little kids that have parents that won't let them play COD4. Halo is teh 5Uxx0RZ compared to that game.

Alright listen for a minute.

I play both Halo and COD4.

But here is something that you may have already missed. They are claiming that this will kill Halo in all it's glory.

I play Call of Duty for it's realism factor.

I play Halo for the fun scifi anticts of it. But you are incorrect about the Halo is just for kids and parents who won't let them play COD4. Look at this. HALO has more gore to it with the blood staying on the ground. Call of duty it goes away after ten seconds or doesn't even show at all.

Call of Duty Halo killer? No. This Game highly unlikely due to the popularity Halo has. So before you make a bash statement like that. Please do some research before you sound like a fool who writes in LEET speak.

Only good thing about Halo is it's LAN abilities, without that halo would be just your average FPS and not get talked about so much. Black is way better then Halo 1/2/3 and because no multi it's never talked about.

COD4 has over 7 million sales bringing to the same popularity that halo has. COD4 has a main character die in it and has you killing people and looking at blood. It shows innocent people being chased down and beaten to death. Halo does not have more gore than COD4.

Cod 4 is realistic compared to the cool sci fi feeling of halo. This makes them even to me.

Alright Kid. Clearly you don't understand what I am trying to say. Maybe because I am not using the Leet speak you use. Anyway

Looking at the stats. Halo still out matches in sales with around 9 mil or so. I am not going to argue with this petty squable about a Video Game. Really is no point in doing so. You need to realize that Life doesn't revolve around Video Games. I was stating the simple fact that This game that is being talked about won't be a Halo Killer. Nothing can really claim that title. COD4 is close but it can't claim the title that makes everyone go to COD4 than the Halo Series.

As I said before. Look at the facts before rambling off something to start an argument.

and more people are playing COD4 online right now then halo3, and more copies of COD4 have been sold since it came out then halo3's release...according to the issue of GI this month.

and as far as gameplay goes, cod4 is much better

look at me, im master chief. you can shoot me with an entire clip, but if you butt me with the rifle, i die immediately....thats effing n00bish.

now i understand the halo hype, trust me, it was fun for about 5 minutes in all honesty. it has great online play, but the gameplay in itself is just about as dumb as a rock.

cod4 IS a halo killer. more people every day are jumping on the cod4 bandwagon. doesnt mean people who bought halo are gonna stop playing it, but cod4 is getting way more recognition then halo3 is right now.

another reason why halo sucks...is the mega nerds in its fan base. whoever gets a tattoo of master chief, or buys the legendary edition of halo for however much it was (150 - 200?) just to get a master chief helmet...is a disgrace. thats like buying a cosmic edition of mario and getting a red plumber hat for an extra 70 bucks. a hat that costs 70 bucks.

Yeah, the online beats Halo, but it has no LAN ability. The LAN on it is so crappy. I don't get a chance to play much online going to school and with price of gas can't afford live. So I either go to a party and play with people or just play through single player. Seeing that it's only 1 player per screen LAN it's STUPID to me personally.
