Wii winner: what if?

When the drawing is all said and done and a pm or email or what have you is sent to the winner, what happens if they don't reply? Is there a certain ammount of time the winner has to claim their prize? I ask because there are so many one posters and I'm guessing quite a few may forget that they ever entered the contest in the first place. Also, if a winner doesn't come forward will there be a second drawing or you just gonna sell it on ebay

One other thing. I was just reading the rules, to make sure that my question wasn't already answered and I now have another concern.

You say no multiple addresses from the same IP as it would most likely represent alt accounts, but when you get into LARGE service providers like AOL multiple people who you will probably never meet are given the same IP as you. I had this problem when I was an AOL member, on sites like newgrounds.com where votes are tracked by IP in order to insure people aren't voting for things more than once in a day, If you are one of the unlucky people who have a shared IP and you don't beat the other person to the vote boxes you cannot vote. So the same could apply for people who have entered the contest here. I know it's unlikely that it would happen here as we don't have nearly as many members as newgrounds, just a concern.

well I'm pretty sure that when it comes time to be november 19th. Most of the one time posters will be coming to check up to see if they got anything.

It will be annoying if 1 posters win the prize but anyways that fact that shared programs might cause some concern cause ive told some of my friends through msn/ aol to join from my school to give them addresses etc. wiispace if possible can you check to see if the ip's of the people who referred me are different cause I dont want you to think that im cheating. Please if possible tell me thanks

If the winner doesn't respond then Wiispace will pick someone else, but he didn't mention any time limit that someone has to reply by.

I am aware of the shared IP situation with AOL. AOL rolls there IP's every 30 minutes I believe. All of the problems I have seen have been non-AOL addresses and are painfully obvious they are trying to "game" the contest. I instantly delete the member accounts and block the IP from accessing Wiispace.
