however I finished my second one:

I don't like the existing matrix-skins, they are a little bit boring for my taste

DUDE what program did you use for the 3D image!? cause that rocks.
i like the lightning too, but i think the matrix one is a little simple. its cool tho

I did some vector stuff in Adobe Illustrator (it's easy to exchange stuff within Adobe Progs) and the final work in Photoshop.

The perspective too (I tried to make it in Maya but it would take too long to model, render and postwork)

In PS I took the side, the front and the top, used the transform tool and distortet it a little until it fit. Than I just patched the gaps with the stamp and there you go. A little shadow underneath some highlights and finished.

For PS I use a Wacom-Board which I would never want to miss

Though I repeat myself: Further untalked Questions are a limit of proposals of each person and where to send it.



But perhaps it's one of these "contests" where the "sponsors" want to get some ideas for free and we will see our designs with minor detail change in onlinestores

... damn I forgot the Copyright-mark ... or at least a watermark

or perhaps it has already ended and it's just abandoned thread with some PS-crazy guys who can't find their way out ...
