i rember as a 2nd grader playign zelda, mario, donkey kong mario kart ect....before school and after school. and durring school i talked about ti to my freinds.lol geek from birth!

OoT was way more of a challenge, and in most cases is the game that got people interested in zelda. I bet half the people that claim to be a zelda "fan" dont oven know about the 2D zelda games:P. Anyways, i liked TP a lot, i loved how hyrule was huge! but like others have said, it was to easy, i didnt have any trouble at all, and i never got stuck.

im guessing nobody here liked wind waker. it was the first one i played seriously but i played Oot on the game cube and thought it was pretty good. but then again i havent finished twilight princess yet and im really really enjoying it. so in conclusion im saying

This may sound strange, but I have never played a Zelda game! I am asking for TP for Christmas, and I will hopefully buy OoT soon from the VC.

I never played Zelda on the original NES but I remember other ppl playing and I remember what it looked like. Recently, my ex bf had bought me 3 games at Game Stop for a 3 for 2 deal and for the 3rd game, they didnt have many options for used games so he ended up getting Zelda: Twilight Princes and said if I didnt like it, I could return it and have a big credit toward Galaxy...

Anyway, I LOVE IT! No guys thought I would like it, but I absolutely love it. It is kinda like Myst - okay not really.. but a sort of game where you have to figure stuff out and I thought it was much more fighting based.. I love it, love it. I want to stay up all night playing it - although I am already stuck lol. But I won't give up.

I am still in the very beginning. Don't have any items yet. Waiting to figure out the cradle and cat back and buy the slingshot. FUN FUN! I hope it doesnt get confusing when I have a ton of items.. Kinda worried about that. The less complex, the better for me

im surprised boys said you wouldn't like it. i've always considered the zelda series to be a gender neutral game (more girly than anything). to me fps are boy games. rpgs/puzzle games are mostly girl games in my opinion.

but i love nintendo bc i think the games are more gender neutral. the characters are cute and the gameplay/controls are usually pretty easy to master so its like ANYONE can play. wii all play!!!

if you like tp and you have a ds def get phantom hourglass. that game even beats out oot in my opinion. i just love the touch screen- (whoda thunk that pressing the seal meant closing the dumb lid!- took me forever, beating and rebeating the temple, ugh but sooo awesome!)

tp is really good too but its too easy, i finished the game in 3 days without guide, except before the master sword, with the statues
