Stuck in Zelda (Spoiler if answered)

I am at the part where I have a picture of a fish to show the Zoras. They tell me it is of a fish that only someone like the Prince can catch. Now, I'm assuming I need to catch a reekfish but I have NO clue how and they do not tell me what bait to use. Actually, I have not fished since the first time in the first village so the only bait I have is those bees honey.

The reason I do not want to check a guide is I do not want to know how far I have progressed compared to how much I have to go. Also, I do not want to see a table of contents as I may see things I want to be surprised about.
